Cancellation policy

You cannot cancel your order. Since our Products are digital in the form of PDF, received upon payment, we cannot offer cancellation and therefore refunds.

We appreciate your feedback and value your reviews, both critically and complimentary and if you are unsatisfied with a product, we kindly ask you to contact us at hello@ownableself.com and we will address your issues.

Issues with Digital Products

As our products are delivered digitally, there is no risk of physical damage. However, if you experience a technical issue such as a corrupted file, download error, or inability to access your digital product you must contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will provide assistance to ensure you receive the correct, functioning digital file.

Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items

All digital products sold on this website are classified as non-returnable and non-refundable items. Due to the digital nature of the products sold in our site, we cannot accept any returns. We truly apologize, but we are unable to provide refunds, credits, or any other form of exchange once our products are purchased and delivered.

We crafted every description and image of products carefully as such they describe exactly what you will receive. Since there is no way to return a digital product, we do not offer refunds.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we do not accept:

• Returns
• Cancellations
• Refund requests
• Chargebacks for reasons related to personal preference or misunderstanding of the product

Exchanges and Refunds

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for digital products once payment has been processed.

Refunds may only be considered in the rare case where:

• The file is defective and
  
• We are unable to provide a working replacement version

If the digital product was successfully delivered and is functioning, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
