Ownership of the Site

This website (the “Site”) and all associated pages, content, and digital storefront functions are owned and operated by OwnableSelf (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

We offer digital downloadable products, including PDF files and related materials (“Products”), to Customers (“you”) who purchase, download, access, or otherwise use such Products through the Site.

All digital products, including but not limited to PDFs, downloadable content, graphics, written materials, and any other digital assets (collectively, the “Digital Products”), are the exclusive intellectual property of OwnableSelf.

No ownership rights are transferred to the Customer.

1. Reproduce, distribute, share, sell, license, or otherwise make the digital product available to any third party, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise.
2. Provide access to the digital product through any means, including but not limited to email, messaging platforms, social media, or cloud-based storage services (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) where any third party may view, download, or access the files.
3. Use the digital product in any professional or commercial capacity, including but not limited to therapy, coaching, client work, workshops, classes, or any service provided to others.
4. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the digital product for purposes of distribution, publication, or sale.
5. Claim authorship, ownership, or intellectual property rights over the digital product or any portion thereof.

The Customer may store the digital product on personal devices or personal cloud accounts provided that no third party is able to access, view, or download the content.

Any violation of these terms constitutes an infringement of OwnableSelf’s intellectual property rights and may result in potential legal action.

Liabilities and Responsibilities of the Business

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Digital Products and the Site operate as intended. However, we do not guarantee that:

• The Digital Products will meet your expectations
• The Site will be available without interruption
• The Digital Products will be error-free or suitable for every individual purpose

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwnableSelf is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Technical issues or interruptions beyond our control

All Digital Products are provided on an “as-is” basis.

Requirements for Using the Store

To make a purchase or access the Digital Products, you must:

Upon termination, your license to use the Digital Products is automatically revoked.
No refunds are provided for violations of the Terms.
